Percy Pearson 
Head Coach

Coach Pearson has been The Panthers head coach for over 16 years. He founded the Rose Park Sports Association as a non-profit organization in 2011 with the goal of motivating youth to reach their full potential and have fun while learning invaluable leadership skills that they can use throughout life. Percy actively strives to serve the needs of all participants, regardless of their circumstances or backgrounds. Coach Percy has been an advocate for youth athletes and served for The Ute Conference, Utah County Football Conference, Jr. Jazz Basketball, Utah Super League, Utah Indoor Football League, County Flag Football and other community programs. He has achieved more than 200 wins during his tenure as coach, and led the association to three title games. His youth athletes have been recognized across the country for their athletic ability on the field and their outstanding leadership off the field. In his free time he loves to spend time with his two sons, watch movies, and coach. 

As well as coaching Percy does Comminuty case management for the youth involved in the program. Which includes community based programming,  working with the courts, schools, youth in custody. homeless youth, troubled youth.

Sergio Bricio
Asst. Coach

Coach Sergio has been The Panthers assistant coach for over 4 years. Sergio has proven his effective coaching skills as the official lead coordinator for the offensive/defensive line.  He has been able to positively impact each member of the team and prioritizes strong relationship building with his players. He has also been invaluable to the team by directly managing sponsorships, grants, maintaining equipment, stats and rosters for The Panthers. Sergio has also worked as part of the CBS broadcast group for over 20 years experience selling various sporting events like the NFL, PGA, and NCAA basketball on broadcast television. He likes spending time with his family, cooking, reading, and swimming.
